I’ve always been on the thin side my entire life, without having to diet or go to the gym. I was an active person who was involved in sports and cheerleading/dance throughout childhood and into College. I never really watched what I ate ever! I was always told by my friends and family “Oh just wait until you hit 25 you will have to start going to the gym” but it wasn’t until I hit 28 that I started to notice that each year that went by I was gaining about 2 pounds that wouldn’t go away! When I hit 30, I started to exercise a little but still didn’t really watch what I ate. Then at 31, I realized that I would go almost all day without eating and then grab fast food on the way home and then snack on junk food and alcohol while watching TV! All in all, I ended up gaining about 10 pounds and was really starting to get frustrated that my jeans wouldn’t fit!

In September 2010 my husband and I moved from California to Florida and this was when I was first introduced to these amazing products. I didn’t sign up right away because I decided that I was going to find a place to take Zumba fitness classes for a workout since I’m not the type of person who can spend all day on the treadmill or elliptical to see if I could lose the weight that way. So I starting taking Zumba classes 2 times a week and watched what I ate. It was going great except that I had only lost 2-3 pounds in 2 months and my jeans still didn’t fit!

The holidays rolled around and you know how that goes…the parties, food and the family get togethers! Both my husband and I were miserable and then I remembered the products that I was introduced to back in September “Loose 9 pounds in 9 days”…hmmm. So as a New Year’s Resolution to do something about our weight I e-mailed the lady that I had met and signed up my husband and me each for the 30 day program.

Within the first 5 days of starting the program I had lost 6 pounds and my husband had lost 5 without spending any extra time in the gym. From that point on we were hooked. By the 11th day I had lost 8 pounds and my husband had lost 11. I had however gone from taking 2 Zumba classes a week to 3 because the gym offered another day for Zumba and I started to incorporate a Pilate’s class.

By the end of the 30th day I had lost 11 pounds and an overall total of 16 inches! My husband had lost 18 pounds and a woping 20.5 inches! Needless to say my jeans fit me again perfectly with room to spare. We are both currently on a track to maintain our weight by incorporating these products, with healthy meals and our regular exercise routine. I’ll keep you posted on how things go over the next few months!
